Our recruitment process starts with a review of your resume and qualifications. We select students for an initial interview based on their academic background, extra-curricular activities, and any work experiences they may have.

First Interview

The first interview is a great way for us to get to know you, learn about your career interests and objectives, and evaluate your qualities and potential fit with ENERCON.

Second Interview

We invite selected candidates to a second round interview, which typically takes place in a location based on your preference or a job opening.
