How do I apply for a position at ENERCON?Click on job openings from the Careers Home Page to search full-time, part-time, and temporary project opportunities. To see a detailed posting about a particular position click the details button next to the job title in your search results. To apply for posted jobs, you must create a login and upload a resume that describes your background and qualifications. If you do not see a posted job that matches your background and interests you may still create a profile and upload a resume to be considered for future openings.
I have created a log in and profile with my resume, is this sufficient to be considered for any jobs that may come open or should I continue to check the site and apply to jobs as they open?Creating a profile will help you to be considered for future opportunities but it is best to check back periodically and use your profile to apply for specific jobs that interest you and match your background.
Can I submit a cover letter with my resume?When you apply for a specific position you will have the opportunity to include a cover letter with the submission of your profile/resume for that position. You cannot create a cover letter without applying to a specific position.
Can I apply for multiple positions at once?Yes, please apply for all positions that match your skill set and interests.
What does the hiring process entail?The hiring process can entail a number of steps including phone interviews, face-to-face interviews, reference checks, education verification, and driving record checks. For personnel requiring a security clearance additional steps would include background & criminal investigations and pre-employment drug & alcohol screenings .
