Pipeline Integrity Services
ENERCON provides in-line inspection services which include pre-inspection run consulting, Global Positioning System (GPS) locating of Above Ground Markers (AGMs), establishing permanent monuments, and generating AGM and pipeline location maps.
ENERCON's expert tool tracking services includes cleaning pigs, gauging pigs, geometry tools, and MFL tools (smart tools). Tracking is performed by experienced ENERCON technicians utilizing GPS enabled laptop computers to efficiently and accurately pinpoint AGM locations while tracking the in-line tool. Utilizing experienced technicians coupled with modern technology reduces the necessary number of people required to perform tracking activities. Accurate deployment of the AGMs allows the tool vendor to correlate the AGM and tool data, providing a more precise anomaly location. Establishment and use of consistent reference points facilitates the overlay of multiple inspections to identify changes in the condition of the pipeline.
