Combined Operating License (COL)

ENERCON will complete all major activities necessary for the successful preparation and submittal of a Combined Operating License Application (COLA). ENERCON completes all site investigation activities, including geologic and geotechnical characterization, hydrological characterization, ecological characterization, and archaeological/historical investigations. The Company completes site engineering activities outside the scope of the design certification, including design of the intake and discharge structures, switchyard and site support systems. ENERCON prepares all key application documents including the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR), Environmental Report, Emergency Plan, Security Plan, Quality Assurance Plan and plant specific technical specifications. ENERCON provides comprehensive licensing support throughout the project.
