Licensing Services

ENERCON provides licensing support for new nuclear power plant deployment. This includes planning interactions with the NRC including meetings, site tours, and inspections during preparation and NRC review of the COL application. The Company delivers support for resolution of NRC Requests for Additional Information, review of NRC Environmental Impact Statements and Safety Evaluation Reports, and preparation for, and expert witness testimony in, presentations to the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards and Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Hearings. Following COL issuance, ENERCON provides support for maintaining the licensing basis, periodically updating the FSAR, and supporting closure and verification of ITAAC.
