On Saturday, Sept. 13, members of ENERCON and the North American Young Generation in Nuclear (NAYGN) Kennesaw Chapter came together for a meaningful day of service with Habitat for Humanity in Canton, GA. Volunteers gathered to help construct the first-floor walls of a new home for a U.S. military veteran.

The build day brought together employees from across the company, united by a shared commitment to giving back to the community. From hammering nails to raising walls, the team worked side by side to lay the foundation, literally and figuratively, for a brighter future for a deserving family.

“I’m incredibly proud of our team’s commitment to giving back,” said ENERCON President Robert Bryan. “Habitat for Humanity reminds us that helping others is the foundation of a thriving community. I’m grateful to work alongside a team that shows up to make a difference.”

This event is part of ENERCON’s ongoing efforts to support local communities and foster a culture of service and teamwork among its employees.

“It was such a rewarding experience to help build the first-floor walls of a Veteran’s home alongside other ENERCON and NAYGN members,” said Mostafa Abdelaziz, ENERCON’s Staff Electrical Engineer and Kennesaw NAYGN Chapter President. “The energy, teamwork, and sense of purpose throughout the day were incredible. It felt great to contribute to something so meaningful and see the tangible progress we made together.”
