Enercon Services, Inc. (ENERCON), announced today the acquisition of Power Centric Solutions (PCS), a leading engineering consulting firm in Madison, Tennessee.
Formed in August of 2019, Power Centric Solutions provides engineering and consulting solutions to consumer-owned and investor-owned electrical utilities. Offering planning and design services for electrical transmission and distribution systems, Power Centric Solutions recognizes the utility industry is changing at a rapid pace due to technological innovations, aging infrastructure, and green power initiatives and is dedicated to meeting those needs.
