ATLANTA — Sept. 24, 2026 — ENERCON, a recognized leader in nuclear, energy, national security, and mission critical industries and a multidisciplinary provider of engineering, architecture, environmental and project management services, has hired Justin Tiedeman, PE, as Vice President of Power Generation.

In this role, Tiedeman will provide strategic leadership for ENERCON’s Power Generation practice, supporting business growth, client development, operational improvements and the delivery of reliable, cost-effective and clean electricity solutions. Leveraging 25 years of experience in power generation, engineering, business leadership, project management, and EPC execution, Tiedeman will provide strategic direction for power generation initiatives while supporting client development, business growth, operational performance, and the development of high-performing technical teams.

Prior to joining ENERCON, Tiedeman led engineering and clean-energy organizations of up to 250 professionals and held full profit and loss responsibility for global business operations. He has overseen a 90-person engineering organization, implemented resource planning and performance monitoring systems, developed management training programs, and established scalable operating structures. He has also led advisory, engineering, construction management, operations, and environmental services for renewable energy projects.

Tiedeman’s technical and project experience includes combined-cycle and simple-cycle power plants, cogeneration facilities, renewable energy, low-carbon hydrogen and E-fuels, industrial power, and environmental-control systems. He has supported all phases of the project lifecycle projects from feasibility and conceptual development through detailed design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations.

Tiedeman earned a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and holds a Project Management Certificate from Georgia Tech. He is a registered professional engineer in Georgia.
