On September 9th in Tampa, FL, ENERCON’s Energy Group Division presented awards in recognition of Technical Excellence, Client Service, and Outstanding Performance to members of the Environmental Services team. The awards presented were:
Outstanding Individual Contributor: Rusty Lynch, Environmental Remediation Manager, for his efforts in business development and financial performance. Rusty’s level of professionalism is greatly appreciated and is a credit to himself, ENERCON, and the clients he serves. Rusty and his team perform remediation services to numerous clients for cleanup of compromised sites (contaminated soils, underground storage tanks, etc.). Rusty is Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) certified and has been a consistent leader with the company reaching his 20-year service milestone with ENERCON in February 2026. Rusty credits his success to the Oklahoma team, and Lance Meaux and others performing these services based out of our Dallas, Texas office.
Outstanding Team Award: Bank of America Team presented to Tracy Gray, Principal Environmental Analyst in recognition of their high-quality deliverables, volume of work performed, customer satisfaction, and excellent utilization & revenue contributions that have been consistent year to year. Their dedication is greatly appreciated and is a credit to themselves, ENERCON, and our client. The Bank of America (BOA) Team includes nine associates dedicated to BOA to perform environmental due diligence evaluations across a wide array of business lines including real estate secured lending, Equity, International credits, Special Assets, and bank-owned assets. The Team’s reviews are focused to advise the client of potential environmental risks that may prevent the borrower from repaying their obligation, or potential environmental liabilities in the event of bank ownership.
The team is directed by Tracy Gray. Tracy spent 19 years as a BOA employee and has since been with ENERCON for the past 18 years. Tracy and the BOA team exemplify Excellence by their quality deliverables and long-term Client trust that they maintain year after year.
