On June 27th, the American Nuclear Society held their monthly Community of Practice (CoP) presentation. This month’s presenter was ENERCON’s Senior PRA Engineering Manager, Tim Sande, who gave a presentation on “A Risk-Informed Framework for Managing Nuclear Facility Security Risks.” Sponsored by the American Nuclear Society’s Risk-informed, Performance-based Principles and Policy Committee, attendees were able to learn about a risk-informed framework for managing nuclear facility security risks. The CoP is part of a series of focused presentations on risk-informed and/or performance-based principles.
The presentation has been made available to the public and can be seen at the American Nuclear Society’s YouTube channel. Click here to learn more about: “A Risk-Informed Framework for Managing Nuclear Facility Security Risks”
